Children’s Spirituality: What it is and why it matters

Do you long for children to have a deeper experience of the Christian faith? Then this book is for you! Written by a leading expert, this provides a highly accessible introduction to the topic of children’s spirituality: what it is, why it is important to nurture it and how to put spirituality first in your children’s work.

Mixing theory and good practice tips, it focuses on:

  • Childhood as a natural source of spirituality
  • Ways to help children value and express their spirituality
  • The role of Christian nurture and worship in early spiritual development.

Each chapter contains questions for discussion, and helpful suggestions for developing your practice are also included.
