A biography on the speaker
David Chronic
David Chronic serves as Director of Operations for Word Made Flesh, an international Christian community dedicated to serving Jesus among the most vulnerable of the world's poor. Through his work, David has developed deep insights into the intersection of theology, justice, and community development. His approach emphasizes the radical reorientation that occurs when we truly center the child—both literally and metaphorically—in our understanding of Christian mission. Drawing from Matthew 18, David challenges conventional models of power and change, inviting us to embrace the transformative practices of turning, becoming, and receiving as essential to authentic Christian development and justice work.
