Greetings from the UK as we head towards the end of our summer break and the start of a new school year.

Thank you to those of you who attended the online CTM gatherings in March, and for the enthusiasm to meet again. As a result of the encouraging feedback, the trustees have arranged for an Exploring Child Theology Group to meet twice a year. The meeting will be open to anyone who wants to join the discussion which will be focused around a particular subject and facilitated by a CTM friend from around the world. We are delighted that Joseph Sverker from Sweden and Shantelle Weber from South Africa have agreed to take a lead at the first two gatherings. Please do let us know if you would like to contribute to a future event.

We will be in touch again soon with some notes from the previous gathering, etc. but in the meantime here are the dates and zoom link for the October session for your diaries.

• Wednesday 4th October – 4.30pm (BST) – Joseph is hoping to explore more deeply the thinking that he has been doing on children’s participation in theological reflection
• Tuesday 23rd January 2024 – 7.30am (GMT) GMT – Shantelle will be facilitating a discussion with key thinkers from Africa
